Prescription Subscriptions: Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy for Prescription Subscription Services

  1. Prescription Subscription Billing
  • Monthly Prescription Subscriptions: Monthly prescription subscriptions will auto-renew 30 days after your first payment was processed. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged 30 days from your first payment and every 30 days thereafter unless the member requests cancellation of their subscription via written email to concierge@superpower.com at least 72 hours prior to the next billing. If payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be executed on the next business day. You will not receive advanced notice of your monthly subscription fee charge.
  • Quarterly Prescription Subscriptions: Quarterly prescription subscriptions will auto-renew 90 days after your first payment was processed. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged 90 days from your first payment and every 90 days thereafter unless the member requests cancellation of their subscription via written email to concierge@superpower.com at least 72 hours prior to the next billing. If payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be executed on the next business day. You will not receive advanced notice of your quarterly subscription fee charge.
  1. Prescription Subscription Cancellation Policy
  • Subscription Cancellation by Member:
    • Required Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your prescription subscription at any time, but cancellations only take effect at the end of a billing cycle. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at concierge@superpower.com with an email stating that you would like to cancel your prescription subscription, and if you have multiple active prescription subscriptions, which one you would like to cancel. We require this email be sent at least 72 hours prior to your next scheduled subscription billing via email to concierge@superpower.com for the cancellation to take effect. If you cancel within the 72 hours before your next billing or after your next billing, your cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. There are no pro-rata refunds for a subscription cancelled 72 hours before your next scheduled billing or during the billing cycle except for limited exceptions noted below.
  • Automatic Subscription Cancellation by Superpower:
    • Prescription subscriptions will be automatically cancelled by Superpower upon the following:
      • Non-payment of a subscription fee after three (3) prior attempts by Superpower to contact the Member.
      • Regulatory changes resulting in the prescription no longer being available. You will be notified via email that your prescription subscription is being cancelled.
      • Medical contraindications identified by a Healthcare Provider after the start of the subscription plan via lab tests or symptom tracker forms.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Full Refunds: Superpower will provide a full refund of a prescription subscription fee in the following cases:
    • Any errors by Superpower resulting in duplicate billing;
    • If the medication was never delivered;
    • If a medication is no longer available and the member has not yet received a shipment of medication from Superpower; or
    • A Healthcare Provider deems the member ineligible for the selected prescription and the member has not yet received a shipment of medication from Superpower.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: Superpower may provide a pro-rated refund of a prescription subscription fee in the following cases:
    • A Healthcare Provider deems the member ineligible for the selected prescription.
    • A Member has had an adverse reaction to a prescription and is deemed ineligible by a Healthcare Provider to continue the medication.
    • A Member must cease the prescription treatment due to an upcoming surgery or for other medical reasons. A doctor’s note from a member’s licensed medical provider must be submitted within 7 days
  • No Refund: No refunds of any prescription subscription fees are provided in any of the following cases:
    • A Member fails to use the prescription subscription without a valid medical reason;
    • Cancellation occurs within 72 hours of billing cycle renewing;
    • A Member loses the medication, leaves the medication at home while on vacation, smashes or spills or otherwise destroys the medication;
    • A Member decides to discontinue use or doesn’t use a medication;
    • A Member did not explicitly request to cancel their prescription subscription via email to concierge@superpower.com or did not reply when superpower concierge staff reached out to confirm renewal;
    • A Member does not comply with a titration/treatment protocol and runs out of medication prior to the next billing period;
    • The prescription order has been placed with a partner pharmacy or the order has already been dispensed and shipped by a partner pharmacy.
  • Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  1. No Pausing a Subscription:
  • Members are unable to pause a Subscription. If a Member wishes to stop a subscription, they can email concierge@superpower.com and put in a cancellation request. If the reason to cancel the subscription falls within a clause under the Refund Policy, the Member will be eligible for a refund as dictated by the Refund Policy.
  • Re-Starting a Prescription Subscription. If a Member has cancelled their prescription subscription and wishes to resume, they must receive Healthcare Provider approval and then email concierge@superpower.com and request to restart their subscription
